Deme Granola & Bakes started in my kitchen with a focus on doing simple things well.

I wanted to create food that felt wholesome and real, where every ingredient has a purpose and nothing is added just for the sake of it. What began with delicious granola has grown into a small range of bakes, all made with the same approach.

Everything is produced in small batches, with attention to flavour, texture, and balance.
