1. Products
All of our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, appearance may vary slightly.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, peanuts, dairy, and gluten. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, contact us before ordering.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable or there is an issue with payment.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, or next day if order includes brownies.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@demebakes.co.uk.
We may request photos to assess the issue. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and logos, is the property of Deme Granola & Bakes and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
